Implementation & support
How LMS gets on the line and stays there.
This is the product companion: install, cutover, and support for the labeling system. It is not a consulting-led homepage. If you need the system itself, start with Product.
Go-live
A labeling install, in order
01
Map the job, not a transformation program
We start from one labeling path: the ERP/MES event, the template, the printer, and the exception. Scope stays that narrow until the first jobs print cleanly.
02
Connect systems you already run
Field mapping, printer assignment, and reprint rules are configured against the live order — not a parallel item master. See Integrations for ERP and device coverage.
03
Prove it on a line
A pilot line or dock is enough. Operators print from the released order. IT sees status. Quality can pull history before you roll to a second line.
04
Leave a support path
After go-live, failed jobs, a down printer, and a template change have an owner. Support is for the installed LMS — not a standing consulting crew on the floor.
We can wire agent/MCP access for your IT environment (isolated, read-only) as part of go-live support.
What you should expect
In scope
- ERP/MES field mapping for the labels you named
- Template load and printer routing for those jobs
- Operator and IT walkthrough on the pilot line
- A way to raise a failed print or a down device
If you already know the line, we can talk install.
Bring a work order, a label that fails, and the printers you already have. We will map where LMS sits between ERP/MES and the job.
